Easy-to-use landlord website
Project Brief
We were contacted by John from Falham properties, who had been a long-time customer of ours on the print side of things.
He heard that we had started building websites, and wanted us to look at his.
The original website for Falham properties was not mobile-friendly, and looked like it may have been built quite a while ago, and so visually could do with refreshing.
The Build
We started off the project by consulting with John on the features he'd like on his website. The previous site had a sidebar containing links to different categories of property - based on the rooms in each.
It was important that these categories were easy to access for visitors to the site, and allowed them to drill-down to the exact property they were looking for.
We went through some modern property website designs with John, to get an idea for the look and feel he'd like for the new site, and settled on a simple, straightforward look that would offer clear visual distinction between content, and simple graphical elements.
The Result
The website produced was a fast, efficient platform that John could use to upload and manage his properties easily.
He's enjoyed being able to add property details and photos onto the site himself, and we've always been available for ongoing support and changes.
